Standard term is 30% T/T deposit after order confirmation, and the 70% balance before shipment. We provide production photos, packing photos and loading photos before balance payment. Other payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

We accept trial orders and bulk container orders. There is no strict fixed MOQ for simple blank markers. For complex custom carved monuments, small order costs will be higher. Full container orders get better unit pricing. Mixed loading of different styles in one container is available.

We offer sandblasted engraving, laser etching, hand carving and porcelain portrait inserts. Sandblasting is durable and widely used for lettering. Laser etching works best on dark black granite for fine portraits and detailed patterns.

Yes. We support OEM & ODM custom work. You may send your drawings, CAD files, sketches, reference photos, dimensions and finish requirements. We can produce special shapes, curved monuments, statues, rose carvings, cross designs and family memorial sets.

Our main granite options include Shanxi Black, G654 Grey, India Black, Blue Pearl, Red Granite and other popular grades for the US market. Each granite has different density, polish performance and etching contrast. We can send color swatch photos and physical samples upon request.

We take strict packing and loading procedures. We buy cargo insurance for shipments by request. Claims follow international cargo insurance rules. We will assist you with photos and documents for claim support.

Yes. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and other standard export documents required for US customs clearance.
