• Are your granite headstones durable for outdoor US weather?

High-quality granite is dense, low-absorption, freeze-thaw resistant and suitable for long-term outdoor use in most US states. Properly polished and engraved granite can keep clear lettering for decades.

  • What information do I need to send for a quotation?

Please share: monument style, dimensions, granite color, finish (polished / honed), engraving requirement, quantity, destination port and any drawings. We will prepare a formal quote sheet for you quickly.

  • Can I get samples before bulk order?

Yes. We can supply small granite samples, color tiles or a sample marker. Sample cost and express freight will be charged. Sample cost can be partly deducted when you place your formal bulk order later.

  • How do you pack the granite headstones for export?

Every stone is packed with foam protection and fixed in fumigated, seaworthy wooden crates. We add anti-shock support to reduce breakage risk during ocean shipping. We inspect each piece before packing and loading.

  • What trade terms do you quote?

We normally quote FOB Xiamen. We can also quote CNF or CIF to major US ports. Import duty, local customs clearance, inland trucking and cemetery setting are handled by the US buyer.

  • What is your production lead time?

Normal production time is 20?30 working days after deposit and confirmed design files. Complex sculptures or large family monuments may take 35?45 days. Sea freight from Xiamen port to US west coast takes around 25?35 days; east coast is longer. We will share the schedule clearly for each order.

  • Can you revise the engraving text or design after production starts?

Changes after production begins may cause extra cost and delay. Please double-check all names, dates, text, fonts and drawings before we start cutting and engraving.
